浜松町キッチン HAMAMATSUCHO KITCHEN
Hamamatsucho Kitchen is a relaxed beer hall offering diverse craft brews, tasting flights of 3, generous meat platters, and sharing tapas.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Stepping down into the basement unveils Hamamatsucho Kitchen, an unpretentious beer hall built around craft brews and generous meat dishes. The dining room accommodates lively group dinners around shared tables just as naturally as a solo stop at the counter for 1 or 2 leisurely pints.
To get a sense of the wide lineup, the Today's 3 Draft Beers tasting set makes an easy starting point. You can encounter distinct profiles in every glass, from the floral Cascade hop character of Yonayona Ale to the crisp citrus lift of Hitachino Nest Yuzu Lager and the mellow, rounded mouthfeel of Silk Ale. With fruity, gentle ruby-hued pours like Hoegaarden Rosee alongside beers featuring lemongrass-like lightness such as Sorachi 1984, there are plenty of directions to take your tasting depending on the mood.
Savory house-smoked specialties and meaty plates make natural companions for a round of drinks. The house-smoked platter, bringing together cheese, sausage, and soft-boiled egg, joins meat platters piled with cuts such as tender hanging tender, pork spare ribs, and homemade bacon—ideal for passing around the table. The kitchen also turns out straightforward tapas, including fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce, peperoncino cabbage, and quail eggs and cream cheese steeped in truffle-scented soy sauce.
Those after something substantial can turn to rice bowls and pastas such as beef steak garlic rice or smoked butter rice with grilled mackerel and mushrooms. The drink list reaches beyond beer with highballs, cocktails, and alcohol-free options, while sweets like matcha white chocolate pudding and savory gorgonzola cheesecake round out the offerings. Fitted with private dining rooms and booth seating, the space easily accommodates post-work drinks on weekdays as well as late-night after-parties at your own pace.
